GPSRO WMO Routing Headers

WMO Abbreviated Routing Headers for GPSRO bulletins on the GTS:

Satellite Routing Header Metop-A and -B (GRAS) IUTx14 EKMI COSMIC & C/NOFS IUTx14 KWBC GRACE-A & TerraSAR-X IUTx14 EDZW

x is a Location Indicator and can be any single character A,B,C...L.

The satellite code for Metop-A (=4) and Metop-B (=3) is in the BUFR headers.
