| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued: 2013-04-15 19:26 UTC The scheduled Metop-A out-of-plane manoeuvre on April 16 will take place at 12:35 UTC. Please see message from EUMETSAT CAF below. During/after the manoeuvre there is a high risk of outages/degradations of upstream GRAS level 1b data. As a consequence there is a risk of outages/degradations of ROM SAF level 2 products. April 2013 Dear all, the Metop-A satellite will perform an in-plane manoeuvre tomorrow, 16. April 2013, around 12:35 UTC. As usual, the Precise Orbit Determination component of the GRAS processing will go through a reset shortly after the event, and level 1 data will be degraded (and flagged accordingly) for up to 4 hours after the manoeuvre. We expect the GRAS level 1 data to be of nominal quality again around 16:45 UTC.
