| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued : 2015-10-16 09:54 UTC There was degradation of Metop-A GRAS data on 15 October 2015 for the period 03:12 - 11:00. There was degradation of Metop-B GRAS data on 15 October 2015 for the period 03:48 - 08:00. The ROM SAF NRT Metop-A & Metop-B products were flagged accordingly. Please see the message from EUMETSAT below.
