| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued 2011-10-27 08:10 UTC We are still experiencing a outage of GRAS level 1 b data due to the GRAS instrument update. Please see detailed message from EUMETSAT received yesterday evening. We will keep you informed with updates as we receive them. Kind regards The GRAS SAF Team Forwarded message: Subject: GRAS onboard software upload From: Christian Marquardt Date: 2011-10-26 18:59 UTC Dear all, unfortunately, we ran into some difficulties with the GRAS onboard software update planned for today, causing a longer data outage that we hoped for. For the time being, we will revert the GRAS onboard software to the previous version, and expect GRAS level 1 data to become available again in nominal data quality in the afternoon (16:00 UTC or earlier) tomorrow, 27 October 2011. The dissemination of GRAS data will remain disabled until then.
