| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued: 2011-12-15 10:05 UTC The dissemination of GRAS level 1b data and subsequently GRAS SAF level 2 products has resumed. The dissemination of GRAS SAF products started with instrument sensing time 2011-12-15 07:35:54 UTC . Please see detailed message from EUMETSAT below. Dec 2011 From:Christian Marquardt Date:2011-12-15 09:06 UTC Dear all, finally, we managed to have the operational orbit determination of the GRAS processing to converge, and the data quality is back to nominal quality for measurements from 07:36 UTC onwards. The dissemination of GRAS level 1 products (bending angles) will be commence in a few moments, and level 2 data (refractivity, temperatures, humidity) processed by the GRAS SAF should followed soon after.
