Dear all,
the manoeuvre for Metop-A went very well earlier today. Unfortunately, we experienced some difficulties in stabilizing the operational Precise Orbit Determination; the data quality of GRAS level 1 data will remain severely degraded until at least the early afternoon tomorrow. In order not to swamp your archives with bad data, we have disabled the dissemination of GRAS data for the time being. We are investigating what went wrong. Please note that data from 14:08 UTC on 14 Dec 2011 onward are not usable.
As the level 2 products from GRAS SAF depend on the level 1 feed, their production has also stopped and will only commence with the GRAS dissemination being reactivated tomorrow.
