| Dear ROM SAF Data User Issued : 2017-08-09 10:30 UTC Due to a failure of the EUMETCast reception system at DMI on August 4, no ROM SAF Level 2 BUFR data were produced and disseminated from approximately 17:00 to 20:30 UTC. Due to another failure of the EUMETCast reception system at DMI on August 8, no ROM SAF Level 2 BUFR data were produced and disseminated from approximately 14:00 to 15:00 UTC.
