| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued : 2019-09-30 09:44 UTC Due to an anomaly in the processing chain ROM SAF level 2 products was not produced and distributed on 27 September between 14-16 UTC, on 28 September between 2-4 UTC and 14-16 UTC and on 29 September between 2-4 UTC and 14-16 UTC.
