Outage of GRAS level 1b data

Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued: 2011-02-25 11:25 UTC We are currently experiencing an outage of upstream GRAS level 1b data. No GRAS SAF level 2 products are currently disseminated. Please see detailed message from EUMETSAT below. Best regards The GRAS SAF Team Forwarded message: Subject: GRAS (and other Metop) data outage starting 08:49 From:Christian Marquardt Date: 2011-02-25 11:06:20 UTC Dear all, due to system issues on EUMETSAT's operational ground segment, the data processing of Metop-A data has come to a halt. For GRAS, the last data processed was at 08:49 UTC sensing time. The ground segment team is working very hard to get production going again; however, at this point in time, we do not know when data will become available again. After the processing starts again, we expect to have a GRAS Precise Orbit Determination reset, which means that all GRAS data will be flagged as degraded for four hours after data production has recommenced. We apologize for the outage and will keep you informed when GRAS data is back and nominal again.
