| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued : 2023-12-11 15:16 UTC The previously announced update of the RO BUFR products for the Spire commercial RO products from the ROM SAF was done today at 9:00 UTC as planned; please refer to: https://rom-saf.eumetsat.int/view_notification.php?id=1928 Unfortunately, we experienced a short outage of dissemination between 10:00 and 11:00 UTC.
