| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued 2011-03-28 10:33 UTC Upstream GRAS level 1b data and therefore also GRAS SAF level 2 data has been flagged as degraded for about four hours yesterday. Please see details from EUMETSAT below. The automatic recovery worked as usual, and data was of nominal quality again again about four hours later. During this period, bending angle quality was flagged as degraded. Our apologies!
