| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued 2011-08-29 08:55 UTC We experienced an anomaly in the GRAS SAF production this weekend causing the production to fail. The anomaly was due to the internal extraction of ECMWF model data at DMI. It is a known error and a solution is currently in development. The quality of the GRAS SAF products that were disseminated was nominal. The duration of the outage was approx 4.5 hours between measurement times 2011-08-27 16:27:07 UTC and 2011-08-27 21:00:20 UTC We are sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards The GRAS SAF Team |
