| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued 2011.-09-07 08:40 UTC Upstream GRAS level 1 b data was degraded yesterday for a period of 4 hours starting at approx. 2011-10-06 05:00 UTC. GRAS SAF data was flagged accordingly. Please see detailed message from EUMETSAT below. Kind regards The GRAS SAF Team Forwarded message: From: Christian Marquardt Date: 2011-10-06 22:19 Dear all, with some delay (my apologies!), I wanted to let you know that we had a data routing problem in the operational ground segment for Metop-A, which caused an interruption of the level 0 data flow for all Metop-A instruments including GRAS. As a consequence, a reset of the Precise Orbit Determination system of the GRAS level 1 data processing occurred and caused a data degradation for four hours, starting around 05:00 UTC today (6 Oct 2011). The data has been flagged accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused on your side.
