| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued 2011-11-22 11:35 UTC Due to essential ground segment maintenance at EUMETSAT there is a risk of short outages and delays in upstream GRAS level 1 b data this Thursday (2011-11-24) between 9 utc and 16 utc.
