| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued: 2012-08-14 14:00 UTC Due to a system upgrade there is a minor risk of outage/degradation of upstream GRAS level 1b products 2012-08-16 between 06:30 and 15:30 UTC. Subsequently there is a risk of degradation/outage of ROM SAF products. Except for the time window mentioned above, the system upgrade will not influence the quality of the GRAS level 1b products.
