| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2013-05-16 07:05 UTC Due to a system failure, upstream GRAS level 1 b data was degraded yesterday morning. ROM SAF products were flagged accordingly. We are sorry for the late notice. Please see detailed message from EUMETSAT below. Kind regards The ROM SAF Team Forwarded Message: Subject: GRAS degraded products this morning (15/05/2013 - 06:18) Date: 2013-05-15 15:23 From: Yago Andres Dear all, due to a hard drive failure of the Front End Processor (FEP) at our downlink station in Svalbard, the operational processing chain for Metop-A has suffered a reset in its POD subsystem. The POD reset occurred at sensing time 0f 06:18 UTC. Data have been flagged as degraded until 10:18 UTC sensing time. We apologize for the inconvenience the outage might have caused on your side.
