| Dear ROM SAF Data user Issued: 2014-05-07 11:04 UTC We are pleased to announce the trial dissemination over EUMETCast of the ROM SAF Near Real Time Refractivity Profile derived from Metop-B/GRAS data (GRM-40), to commence on 20 May 2014. The NRT refractivity product contains a profile of neutral refractivity as a function of height (geometric and geopotential) above the EGM-96 geoid. More information can be found on the web page: http://www.romsaf.org/GRM-01.php The product will be distributed on EUMETCast Europe: Channel: SAF-Europe PID: 500 Multicast Address: 224.223.222.28 Example filename: S-GRM_-GRAS_RO_L12_20140505141159_001_METOPB_1090523859_DMI.BUFR Access to this product will be automatically provided for EUMETSAT Member/Cooperating State NMS and registered manufacturers.
