| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2014-06-04 12:37 UTC We are pleased to announce the upgrade of the Near Real Time Level 2a Refractivity Profile Product derived from Metop-B/GRAS data (GRM-40) to full operational status. The product has since 20 June 2013 been disseminated in BUFR format over GTS with unchanged quality. There is no change in the quality of the product as a result of the upgrade to full operational status. The Metop-B/GRAS GRM-40 product is now also available in the Product Archive.
