In order to add more interaction in the helpdesk between the user and the ROMSAF team, it has been improved the Helpdesk with next new features:



* It has been added the possibility to append comments/replies meanwhile the enquiry is "open".

* These intermediate comments/replies will be private; so, only the user and the ROMSAF team will be able to see them.

* Status changed to only 2 states: open and closed (when there is a final answer).

* Multiple attachments: Now attachments are uploaded in the form and with the possibility to append multiple attachments.

* Attachments in all the situations: initial enquiries, comments/replies and answers.

* Enhanced helpdesk view using <fieldsets>.
