| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued : 2015-07-15 21:59 UTC There has been a risk period due to introduction of leap second on 1st July 2015, with following data degradation. Please see the message from EUMETSAT below. Kind regards The ROM SAF Team --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 01 July 2015 00:00 - 02:00 UTC Due to the introduction of a leap second, there is a risk period from 00:00 to 02:00 UTC for all EUMETSAT missions. Please note that for GRAS level 1a product, a longer period of degraded data is expected (until 04:00 - 06:00 UTC sensing time).
