| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued : 2016-02-12 16:26 UTC There was degradation of Metop-A GRAS data on 10 February 2015. The ROM SAF NRT Metop-A products were flagged accordingly. Please see the message from EUMETSAT below. Kind regards The ROM SAF Team --------------------- Message number: 2603 Message creation: Wed Feb 10 17:09:54 UTC 2016 Type: Service Alert Rev: 1 Start Time: 2016-02-10 20:41:00.0 End Time: 2016-02-10 20:41:00.0 Satellites: Metop-A Subject: general-announcement Impact: data-degraded Detail: A collision avoidance manoeuvre will be executed for MetOp-A at the indicated time (Burn duration = 5.915 seconds). As a result, reduced data quality should be expected for data sensed during this period. GRAS products will be degraded for up to 4 hours following the manoeuvre. This manoeuvre replaces a nominal manoeuvre schedule for 17/02/2016.
