| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User The dissemination of GRAS SAF data was resumed yesterday at instrument time 2009-12-10 16:03:22 UTC. The full period of the outage was from 2009-12-10 09:05:52 UTC to 2009-12-10 16:03:22 UTC in instrument times. Please see message from EUMETSAT received yesterday evening. ---snip--- Subject: RE: GRAS Parameter Updates and Manoeuvre - update Dear all, the Metop manoeuvre earlier this afternoon went fine, and the GRAS level 1 data products appear to have reached their nominal quality again - we therefore enabled the dissemination of GRAS data again, starting from measurement times 17:21 UTC. Please note that the bending angle products will nevertheless be flagged as degraded for eight hours after the manoeuvre - that is approximately until midnight.
