Date: 2009-12-23 09:39 UTC Dear all, due to a rollover of an internal clock counter in the Metop spacecraft we expect that the GRAS Precise Orbit Determination system will experience a reset on Sunday, 27th December 2009, 12:40:41 UTC (measurement time) and level 1 bending angle data will be flagged as degraded for up to eight hours after the event (i.e., until ~ 20:40 UTC measurement time). To our knowledge, all operational centers now implement the use of the corresponding data quality flag fully, so we will continue the dissemination of higher level GRAS data despite the reset.
