| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued: 2009-12-17 13:05 UTC Due to todays GRAS parameter change, GRAS level 1 b products are flagged as degraded. As a consequence of the possible degraded GRAS level1 b data, the GRAS SAF refractivity product may also be degraded. Dear all, as we announced earlier, the GRAS instrument configuration settings controlling the raw sampling measurement altitude range have been reset to the previous default settings at 09:36 UTC today. The GRAS Precise Orbit Determination system therefore suffered from a small reset (as expected), and GRAS level 1b bending angle data will be flagged as degraded until about 18:00 UTC today.
