Description
Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued: 2010-02-09 11:30 UTC The GRAS Level 1b data stream has resumed, and so has the GRAS SAF level 2 dissemination. The GRAS SAF level 2 refractivity product outage started at 2010-02-09 00:00:25 UTC and ended 2010-02-09 07:41:33 UTC in instrument sensing times. Please see the message from EUMETSAT below. ---snip--- Dear all, unfortunately we have to report an outage in the GRAS processing. The instrument started to track an unhealthy satellite (GPS SV 26) at approx 00:04 UTC ; this caused its navigation solution to diverge being unable of producing any valid data since then. The instrument was reset at approx 04:40 UTC, and is back to its nominal status now. All disseminated data during the period was flagged as degraded due to a POD reset. In fact the data will be flagged degraded until approx sensing times of 16:00 UTC. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause on your side. Kind regards, Yago Andres ---snip--- Kind regards The GRAS SAF Team
