| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued 2011-03-22 15:58 UTC Due to a problem with the receiving antenna at the GRAS SAF, no level 1b data was received and no level 2 data was disseminated between sensing times 2011-03-22 09:40:55 UTC and 2011-03-22 11:27:48 UTC.
