| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User
Issued 2011-01-31 14:40 UTC
There has been an outage of upstream GRAS level 1 b data starting at 07:00 UTC
and subsequently an outage of GRAS SAF products. The dissemination of GRAS
level 1 b data resumed at 08:57 UTC but data was flagged as degraded until
around 13:00 UTC, GRAS SAF products were flagged accordingly.

Dear all,
as anticipated, GRAS data products have become unavailable at 07:00 UTC
due to the outage of GSN auxiliary data.
In the meantime, our colleagues at ESOC have worked hard and were able
to successfully restore their service. Operational GRAS processing has
started again, with data being available after 08:57 UTC. Please note
that the Precise Orbit Determination process requires some time to
converge to nominal quality; GRAS level 1b data will therefore remain
flagged as containing degraded bending angle data for another 4 hours,
i.e. until 13:00 UTC.
We apologize for the inconvenience the outage may have caused on your
side.
