| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued: 2013-03-19 12:10 UTC Due to a Metop-A out-of-plane manoeuvre between 2013-03-20 07:00 UTC and 2013-03-21 12:00 UTC there is a high risk of outages/degradations of upstream GRAS level 1 b data.
