| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2013-11-01 14:37 UTC Due to a Metop-B out-of-plane manoeuvre scheduled for November 5, 08:00-14:30 UTC, GRAS level 1b and 2 products will not be available. Following the manoeuvre a temporary degradation of the quality of upstream Metop-B/GRAS Level 1 products is to be expected and ROM SAF Metop-B NRT products will be flagged accordingly.
