| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2013-11-04 09:06 UTC Concerning the Metop-B out-of-plane manoeuvre scheduled for tomorrow November 5, please see additional information from EUMETSAT CF below. The ROM SAF Metop-B NRT products will be flagged accordingly. As usual, the GRAS level 1 data as well as downstream level 2 products produced by the ROM SAF will be degraded in the first few hours after the event, as the Precise Orbit Determination will be reset immediately after the manoeuvre. The data will be flagged accordingly.
