| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2013-11-20 21:22 UTC There has been an outage in the upstream auxiliary data from ESOC and no ROM SAF Metop-A and B level 2a products could be produced. The datasteam was restarted with sensing time 16:27 UTC. Products will be degraded for the next 4 hours or so and will be flagged accordingly. See message from EUMETSAT below.
