| Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2013-11-28 09:17 UTC The Metop-A satellite will undergo a scheduled in-plane manoeuvre on December 3, 2013. Please see UNS message from EUMETSAT below. A temporary degradation of the upstream Metop-A/GRAS Level 1 products is to be expected and as a result the ROM SAF Metop-A NRT products will be flagged accordingly. A temporary degradation of the quality of GRAS Level 1 products is to be expected starting at the time of the manoeuvre. All AMSU-A, ASCAT, ATOVS, AVHRR, HIRS, IASI and MHS products may have temporarily degraded quality geo-location data after the time of the manoeuvre. Exact outage times to be announced closer to the day of the manoeuvre.
