Dear ROM SAF GTS User Issued 2014-07-23 05:47 UTC Metop-B will undergo an in-plane manoeuvre on July 23 2014, around 12:48 UTC. Please see mail from EUMETSAT below. A temporary degradation of the upstream Metop-B/GRAS Level 1 products is to be expected and as a result the ROM SAF Metop-B NRT products will be flagged accordingly. The Metop-A products will not be affected. As usual, the GRAS/Metop-B processing will experience a reset of its Precise Orbit Determination system shortly after the even. GRAS/Metop-B level 1a (bending angle) as well as level 2 (refractivity as produced downstream by the ROM SAF) data will be degraded data for about 4 hours. We expect that nominal data quality will be restored for measurements taken from 17:00 UTC onwards. GRAS/Metop-A data will not be affected.
