Detail: Change to DCP messages from the Public DCP Service: An error has been identified in the coding of the DCP messages available from the Public DCP Service (http://oiswww.eumetsat.org/SDDI/webapps/publicdcp/). A fix will be deployed on 09/11/2016, meaning that the DCP messages processed after this date will conform to the coding as described on the DCS web page under the section 'How to retrieve data via the internet' (http://www.eumetsat.int/website/home/Data/MeteosatServices/MeteosatDataCollectionServices/index.html). In the meantime, the fix has been implemented on our validation server which can be accessed at http://oislab.eumetsat.int/SDDI/webapps/publicdcp/ This will allow users to retrieve correct DCP messages from now until 09/11/2016, at which time the access to our validation server will be disabled.
