| Dear GRAS SAF GTS User Issued 2009-07-17 08:40 UTC Due to an outage of GRAS level 1b data no GRAS SAF products were disseminated between instrument sensing times 2009-07-17 19:52:11 UTC and 2009-07-17 20:34:23 UTC. Please see message from Eumetsat below. ---snip--- Dear all, Due to a glitch in a central facility in the EPS ground segment, we lost 40 minutes of all Metop data last night (16 July 2009) between 19:57 and 20:33 UTC. As a consequence, the GRAS processing suffered from a reset of it's precise orbit determination after this event. All level 1b data has been flagged as degraded for the following eight hours, that is until about 04:36 today, 17. July 2009. We apologize for the inconvenience.
