| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued 2009-08-11 09:50 UTC We have received the following message from Eumetsat: ---snip--- Dear users of GRAS data, due to interruptions in the data downlink from the Metop satellite to the Eumetsat ground station yesterday 10/08/09, the GRAS precise orbit determination was reset twice after sensing times 13:48 and 15:30. Following the outages, the quality of level 1 data was affected and flagged accordingly in disseminated products for the following 4 hours. Tests are going on at the ground station to determine the cause of those outages, and the risk of a further outage in the coming hours exists.
