| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued: 2009-09-16 09:15 UTC Due to a Metop-A out-of-plane manoeuvre and an essential software upgrade scheduled for the 17th September 2009 09:17-18:00 UTC there will be an outage of GRAS SAF level 2 products. A new notification will be issued at the onset of the outage. Please see UNS message snippet from EUMETSAT below --- snip --- 17 September 2009 10:00-18:00 UTC Essential Software Upgrade Risk of interruption to all EPS products. 17 September 2009 09:17-15:50 UTC Metop-A out-of-plane Manoeuvre There will be data outages during the above time period.
