| Description |
| Dear GRAS SAF GTS user Issued 2010-10-04 09:25 UTC Due to a scheduled metop out-of-plane manoeuvre tomorrow ( 2010-10-05 ), there will be an outage of upstream GRAS level 1 b data starting at approx. 11:50 UTC. The GRAS level 1 b data stream is expected to resume the next day (2010-10-06 ). During the outage period no GRAS SAF products will be disseminated. The configuration of the GRAS instrument will be modified during the out-of-plane manoeuvre in order to extend tropospheric measurement coverage.
